Using Overlay in Win XP (Atom/Ion) issues with F7

I am running NPVR in overlay and getting stutter free video which is great as i can not seem to get stutter free video with VRM9. This does not bother me and the video quality is just fine, but i noticed that F7 doesnt do much in overlay. All it will do is display remove letterbox, but nothing happens and then it also will not scroll back to auto or any other settings

Can this be fixed

I'm surprised anyone would still be using Overlay, but I've had a go at fixing it with the attached patch. Like GBPVR, it cant do negative aspect ratios with Overlay, but the others should work fine.

Well its just giving me the most mileage out of what i have at the moment, no long term plans to stay with with XP, planning to move to Win 7 in the near future
