Looks like they are re-arranging things again - stand by to tweak your blaster channel numbers

I know what you mean Martin, it is a real pain in the back side. I am sure they do it deliberately, just pee off people who have home grown PVR systems. I'm waiting to update mine once Atlantic starts showing. But might encompass all of this when I move to nPVR, have got a Nova TD500 sitting on the shelf for this. May be asking for your help on this, as your set-up is very similar to mine.

Regards
Corn

No problem..... Setting the digital side up is much easier with NPVR. I haven't made my mind up if STB grabbing analogue is easier or worse to set up (I guess I'd say possibly easier for a newcomer to npvr, possibly worse for someone familiar with how gbpvr did it......).

Hmm very interesting, they are at it again. That pdf is very handy though, often I find they have just changed numbers without me even being aware of it. Usually when I schedule a recording and when I play it back it is on the wrong channel! With the new channel numbering import working from XMLTVGUI having the new numbers beforehand does mean it could all be set up and ready to go in advance. The only downside of this means scrapping the NextPVR db and starting over Sad

Am I right in saying that with the new way in which NextPVR works and stores mappings it is not possible to save any digital device configurations 'backed up' somewhere? Often when re-configuring/playing with GB-PVR I could just load mapped channels back in for the digital devices from the scan cache.

thanks for the 'heads up' martin123, I better get editing my XMLTVGUI channel numbers Big Grin
