Lost Some of the audio, and video/audio sync issues

I recorded Jeopardy tonight (found around the 19:00 hour in the logs), and I began to watch it while it's still recording, which gave me both audio and video/audio sync issues. So I waited for the recording to finish, then i watched it. I had lost some audio around the 5 minute mark, and had some issues where video and audio were not syncing and some time issues (where it would go fast then slow down).

I had recorded it on the hdhomerun...

If I peg my cpu during recording and I am watching either live or recorded at the same time my smoothness suffers too.
Wish I had 5 bucks more for a bigger whachamacallit.
