Login Screen looks off since last update

Attached is my login screen--i can't access my guide. I went through the WIKI's reinstallation of NEWA but that didn't solve my problem. I can confirm that this is what it looks like on Firefox, IE, and Chrome. Please advise.

What browser and version are you using?

What is your screen resolution?

I'm using firefox (but had the problem testing chrome and ie). i'm on 1280 x 800

Screens were optimized for 1280x768 or higher......1280x768 shows the id and password box ok......your 1280x800 forces the id box under the header.

I will see what I can do to help with the issue....but your resolution may cause other issues in other screens. Can you try switching to 1280x768 or 1280x1024?
