Recordings path on client

I have a server and a client and the server's recording path is simply E: On the client I set the recordings to E:/Recordings/. WHen I recorded a show (set from the client) it recorded it in E:/<ShowName>/

Does this mean the recordings path in the client is ignored in favor of the server's path setting? It's a good thing for me if it is 8)

The recording is done by the server, the client just makes requests of what it wants recording. So yes, the recording is made where the server says it will go.

Perfect! I thought that since the path textbox wasn't ghosted on the client that the client's path took precedence. Better this way.

Perhaps another one for sub's 'to do' list (sorry sub ). Maybe disable the Browse button on clients and have the text field show something like 'Not applicable for clients' or similar.
