This security fix (for .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1) from Microsoft stops my NRecord from working... Have I missed something?
I am using 2.4.3 with a few of the patches on Vista. Needs system restore to recover.

Since NextPVR doesn't use .NET 3.5 that patch is probably not the reason. Also I am a Vista user and I checked my updates and I have that patch and is was installed a month ago without issue.

Yes, thats what I thought... but put it in, it stops. Restore, it goes (uninstall doesn't help). I'll just leave it out for now, life is too short...

I had a similar problem around last Christmas which I traced to a .NET update. I uninstalled it and NextPVR started working normally then stopped the next day when Windows Update reinstalled it again. All was ok after disabeling that particular update but there have been several .NET updates since then and the problem has not returned
