Errors during 2.5.5 install

Just now getting around to installing 2.5.5. Downloaded it, and when the installer runs, I'm getting the following error message:

Error opening file for writing:

C:\Program Files (x86)\NPVR\NDigitalHost.exe


I thought I was careful to make sure nothing from NPVR was running, but is it possible I missed something? Not sure how to proceed.

NDigitalHost is part of the recording process. I suggest a reboot, then stop the recording service, then close the tray icon, then install.
