Ok, so after finally figuring out the bulk map feature I am still stumped...

The bulk map will open, I select XMLTV as the source and select the XMLTV Channel from the drop down (thanks sub for the patch). After that it offers to map the remaining channels for me (I'm thinking sweet because 937 channels on 3 tuners over several clients is going to literally take more than 20 hours. The window greys out for about 2-3 seconds then returns to normal with nothing changed. So I think, well maybe I need to change up mc2xml a little and put chan names first. Run the mc2xml again (after deleting the old xml and dat file), answer all the questions in the pop-up box and get a new xml. Look back at the Bulk Channel Remap (have already closed out and re-opened NPVR). See my entry is still there, remove all channels on the device, disable close and restart service and NPVR. Open again and scan channels. Find channels go back to Bulk Channel Re-map screen and same problem 2-3 seconds grey and then when the screen returns, nothing is updated.

Anyone have any suggestions?

On comcast cable using 2x hdhr primes, 2x hdhr, 3x hvr-2250 (client side) and 2x hvr-1600 (phasing out - client side). Without a way to bulk remap this will take forever to program each tuner set and setup each client.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your database is probably too big to zip and attach, but can you put the npvr.db3 file and xmltv file somewhere I can download them from to try here?

From the days of GB-PVR it would have agreed (used to get a rather large db file). But amazingly this one is only 6.6 MB. Could be because I removed all the other hardware and re-created everything with just the hdhr prime and hdhr.

Should be able to download it from: http://npvr.davidtevis.com

I have also included both of the xml files. One with channel first and the other with number first (thought they may be related).
