newbie to internet tv needs help

Hi all
Bought the life view and it hasn't worked once, keeps crashing when any button is pressed apart from scan. got gb and got the channel guide ok, went to live tv and tuning can't get channels? must have done something wrong like selecting the wrong card in the settings but it does'nt matter what i select i get the message that it can't get the right crossbar?
help would be apprehciated. i am in the n east of england and have analogue tv external aerial attached to the lifeview card

GB-PVR doesnt support this device yet. What card did you try to pick when you were setting up your capture source?

The digital side *may* work if LifeView supplied BDA drivers.

The analog side of this card will never be supported. (unless they send me a sample, then maybe)

thanks for the quick reply, i have the didital antenna supplied with the pack plugged in but i guess the signal it is picking up is not strong enough to actually get a signal, tried all the cards in the list
