NextPVR legacy Command Line Options

Does NextPVR support any of the old GBPVR -direct "XXXX" command line options found here?: http://gbpvr.com/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Manua...ineOptions

I'd also like to know if it's possible to start NextPVR minimized.

It doesn't support the old -direct commandline, but you can specify the startup activity in the <StartupActivity> setting in config.xml
