What formats of external metadata does NextPVR support?

For video files, what formats of external metadata does NextPVR specifically support and which taqs does it use? I'm trying to configure Media Centre Master to work with NextPVR.

It supports some formats of nfo and xml. I've no idea whether or not it's those ones mentioned above. If you can post samples, I'll try them here. If they don't work, and it's not too much work, then I'll add support for them.
