NextPVR and Raspberry Pi - HD working but not SD

Hi - having an issue with NextPVR addon within my XBMC (openelec running on Raspberry Pi)

The HD channels work fine but none of the SD channels do (DVB-S/S2 card)

Is this because I've not purcahsed the MPEG 2 license?

Typically yes, although some countries do have SD h264.
