I'm outside the UK.

I tried Birtles XMLTV GUI but it does not work (login etc). It appears to be out of action /superseded?
WebGrab seems to have it but is complicated.

XMLTV GUI works for me ....Radio Times was the source selected.

I use it for my GBPVR setup (just starting to upgrade to NPVR at the moment so trialing OTA EPG from Satelite).
NPVR Version= 7.0.1.241229
Intel i5 Ten Core 14400 + 16GB DDR5 in Gigabyte B760 AX Motherboard
Windows 11 Pro 64bit
TBS-6902 dual DVB-S tuner
TBS-6205 quad DVB-T tuner
500Gb System Disk (M2 Nvme SSD)
4Tb Media Store (2 x 2Tb M2 Nvme SSD Spanned)

Raspberry Pi3 B+, Pi4B (OSMC) & Pi5 (XBian) running Kodi v21.1

That's basically saying 0 of 0 channels have been processed which suggests you haven't set it to download any channel data...or is that at the point that you're trying to get a list of channels?

Just tested and it's definitely working.... I agree with bgowland above....have you selected any channels to download data for?
