The DirectX runtime is not available on this machine

Hi to all!
I've just upgraded to NPVR 3.3.8 from 3.2.9 and now I get this warning.
I searched and found others had this problem, but I couldn't find a solution.
The odd thing is that uninstalled 3.3.8, re-installed 3.2.9 and in "About" it still says I have 3.3.8! :confused:
Then, if I click ok and re-open the settings, the warning is gone.

My system is Windows 7 Pro 64 bit, but I also have the same problem on another computer with Windows XP.

... but not very well ... it appears to have fallen off.

You could try re-running the DirectX installer ... it can do no harm.

Didn't you zip the logs before trying to upload? Zip and attach the whole logs directory.

Ok, I've just installed this and it solved the problem.

However, there are a few things I don't get: in my main notebook (Windows 7 Professional 64 bit) this problem didn't occur upgrading, but in my other notebook (always Windows 7 Professional 64 bit) yes;
in my notebook with Windows XP, I already installed DirectX 9.0c.

Then, I was searching how to know if DirectX 9 is installed, but with dixdiag (on Windows 7) it only says DirectX 11 is installed.

Anyway, thanks for your help! I'm gonna open another topic to solve another problem.

P.S. Attaching the zipped log works, even if it gives me the same errors.
