First start all ok, after restart of Kodi stuttering and buffering

Hi,

My setup is
- HTPC, Win 7 updated
- kodi 14.1,
- nextpvr 3.3.8,
- nextpvr client 1.9.17.
- Dvb-t card Technisat Airstar 2 BDA driver 4.6

On first start of Kodi all works fine, but if I close Kodi and start it again live tv is stuttering and buffering.
Only helps restart of windows,

What could be the problem?
