I have 3 inputs to NPVR, 2 from a HDHomerun (antenna) and 1 from Directv > Colossus.
I'm getting "no show data" where I have matching channels in the guide.... For instance

Channel 2 KDKA - source collossus/directv. guide data schedules direct satellite - I get "no guide data"
Channel 2.1 KDKA Source HDHR/antenna. guide data schedules direct satellite I get the show data (also shows mapped to Channel 2!)

OK so I am thinking the guide data and mapping are wrong for the KDKA 2.1. I go Settings > Channels > Details. Change the guide to the schedules direct antenna one. Do the pull down tab and map to 2.1. Click OK. The settings don't stay....

Any insight on what I could be doing wrong? New to NPVR and still getting a feel for the settings I think will fit my needs.

Thanks in advance

Ronald

Sounds like the issue that Current Patch #5 is supposed to fix. Be sure to read Installation Notes in the "Current Patches" sticky thread.

Thanks for looking Zeb. I had forgotten to check the current patches. I'm going to nix that as being my problem – let me further explain

I had good guide data for all my channels. Setup SD with both an OTA lineup for antenna and a Satellite lineup for Directv.

My OTA were NOT mapped to the even (non sub channels) Something changed that and I'm not sure what. As I said *I go Settings > Channels > Details change the mapping and guide source, it won't stay changed.

Possibly my working on getting sub channels in Kodi? I changed the Nshared.dll working on that issue. After got pulled away for work + life related issues. I was just getting back to fine tuning my setup when I found this guide data issue.

Back to current issue – I'm going to say resolved. I had on my list to merge duplicate channels, decided to do that last night. That seems to have cleaned up the problem.
