Device stopped with recording in progress (NPVR 3.3.8)

I know this is from an old version, but thought I'd post the bug anyway in case it still affects 3.4.8.

I had set "The Big Bang Theory" (2030 to 2100) and "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" (2100 to 2130) to record on E4. I selected to play The Big Bang Theory from the TV guide, and exited at the end of the show. Then I selected Brooklyn Nine-Nine, only for it to end abruptly at 2110 (when the post-padding of The Big Bang Theory ended).
