Recordings unplayable after upgrade to 3.4.8

Recently upgraded to 3.4.8. Everything left the same. New recordings, since upgrade, are unplayable via nextpvr, kodi and VLC. Previously all 3 could play the files. Do I need to do a clean install? Is there a patch I am missing? I deleted and rescanned all channels. I have tried various combos of the codecs. I don't have a log file. Any advice appreciated.

You shouln't need to do a clean install but what version did you upgrade from? The nextpvr download is the most recent version so no patches required.

You *do* have log files, they are in the nextpvr log folder. The best approach would be to reproduce the problem (recording and playing back a show in NextPVR) and then zip up all the logs and upload them so someone can take a look.

Also, what tuner are you recording from?

Can you watch liveTV ok?

I assume all your pre-upgrade shows play back fine?
