I did all of what you said to above. The guide is now all filled in and the sound is now working....BUT: The channels are all screwed up. They have the right names and channel numbers, but the shows listed are massive duplicates and the listings are the wrong ones most of the time.

If I tune directly to the channel for live TV, the broadcasts are correct, but the listings for them are not.

How to fix so that the channels have there own correct listing?

Sounds like the tuner channel name/number to guide channel name/number mapping is incorrect or that you have duplicate channels. We could help better if you could be more specific about what is incorrect in the guide. But, here's a try.

Go back to Settings/Channels and review the list of channels. You want to have only a single entry for each channel. And each single channel should have as many sources listed as you have tuners. If you have more than one entry here for a given channel, go to Devices/Details for all but your first tuner and hit Delete. This should remove duplicate channels.

Now go to Settings/Channels and confirm you only have one channel for each station (K???-DT NBC). If OK, then go to Details for each channel and compare the channel name (K???-DT NBC) in General with the channel name in EPG Source. They should be approximately the same, call letters and network. If not, find the right station in the Mapping drop down box and select. You don't need to update the EPG until you have completed all of these adjustments. When done, hit Empty EGP, wait for it to finish, and then hit Update EPG. Check you guide. If OK, then go back to Settings/Devices and NPVR should offer to copy the configured tuner to the unconfigured one.
