Recordings result in 0 byte files, live tv works fine

Hi,

I'm trying to use NextPVR on windows 10 as a replacement for my long time use of Media Center.

I can view live tv without issue, however when i schedule a recording, the tuner is activated but NextPVR just creates a blank .ts file. Not sure why this is happening. Any help appreciated!

I can't be of any help but it does show "locked=0, present=0, strength=0, quality=0 (took 0ms to check)" in the ndigitalhost-22.log which seems to indicate you have a signal strength issue..... but then again is shows the same thing for when you tried liveTV which you say is working for you!?!?

seems like it might be a permissions issue on the directory; normally you don't have to grant any special permissions, but maybe Win 10 is doing something different. have you verified you can actually pause and skip around in live tv? or more directly, have you verified that the created live tv buffer file is actually created and grows in size? if so, try setting the recording directory to same directory as live tv, just for testing.
