Comcast HDhomerun Prime and DRM issues

I've posted everywhere as I've taken 3 trips to the service center and 3 nights on calls with no luck getting a cablecard working in the HDHR Prime.
They want to charge me for a tech visit, I'll just return the equipment and stay with DISH.

The issue is when I bring up HDHR http://192.168.150.121/lineup.html, I see a DRM symbol on all channels.
No channel will stream thru VLC with that set.

No one at the end of the phone can fix it.
Anyone here have any suggestions?

When the DCR-2650 and HDHR Primes first came out, I found documentation that Comcast had a corporate-wide policy that everything should be copy-freely except for premium channels. There were reports of markets where Comcast had non-premium channels marked copy-once, but once a customer got the problem reported to the correct people, it would eventually get fixed. I haven't heard of problems recently with Comcast and things marked incorrectly as copy-once. I'll try to find the original link to Comcast's policy.

I've had a problem with comcast occasionally flagging channels incorrectly as copy once. Usually when they move channels around.

Try sending an email to we_can_help@cable.comcast.com. Once you reach the right person they should be able to help.
