I apparently messed up my channel listings beyond redemption, assisted by a change in cable companies. I simply wanted to start over again with a clean listing. However, try as I might the old settings appears in the program. I have uninstalled the program, looked for residual files and deleted them, and even ran a "powerful scan" with iobit uninstaller to get rid of every vestige of my old install before reinstalling. However, all to no avail. Is there any way to reset everything to how it is on the initial install so I can start "from scratch" or at least delete all the channel mappings so that I can begin again?

NextPVR stores everything in config.xml and npvr.db3 is the "data" folder ... Probably at c:\users\public\npvr ... deleting these two files will put you back to square zero ... http://www.nextpvr.com/nwiki/pmwiki.php?...alledParts

Worked like a charm. Thanks. The only problem is the "bulk map" process does not seem to work on the channels to assign schedules direct at this point and I now need to do it manually.

What I found worked for me, with over the air channels, was to map one channel by going to Settings - channels and clicking on details.
This brought up the schedules direct dialog where I could select my lineup. Once this one channel was done I went in to bulk map and selected the next channel in the list, chose Schedules Direct as my source and the dialog for bulk mapping popped up.

Yep, that's correct - you need to manually map at least one channel, otherwise it doesn't know your Schedules Direct login and lineups etc. After that you can bulk map the rest.
