KODI nextpvr closed captioning always "center justified" ??

When I enable the closed captions in kodi (enable subtitles), the closed captioning works great. However, the text is center-justified. It is extremely difficult to read when center justified because the lines grow outward from the center as it is fed to the screen--it is very annoying and difficult to read.

How can we force the text to be left-justified like conventional TVs and set-top boxes do?

From the first beta with CC I posted about that on the Kodi forums (which is where you would need to ask for the change) and effectively if you want this you will have to code it.
