Changing Channels on Xfinity?

I have a Colossus 2 setup and working well for on-demand recording, but I'd like to use NPVR as my DVR. For the life of me, I cannot get the Hauppauge blaster to work with my Xfinity box. However, the Harmony Hub does a wonderful job of changing channels over the Ethernet using an App/Phone/Tablet. Is there an executable/script that lets NPVR call the Harmony Hub to change channels? I searched the NPVR forums and Internet to no avail.

Which is a bit more technical than I hoped, but it seems like it might be what I need for NextPVR to call the Harmony Hub and change the channels.
I'll admit I was hoping someone had been-there-done-that and have a page/blog showing it in easy steps
I'm going to start playing with it...if I get it working I'll post!
