I use kodi with chrome launcher to view my time warner cable stations, I have created direct url links to various channels and network etc. What I would like to know is there a way to use these direct links in next pvr to add an epg via xmltv file?

NextPVR can't get the EPG from there directly. You'd need to supply NextPVR with either xmltv files, or your Schedules Direct account.
