Does epg update when nextpvr main program is not running?

Hi,

I've been using the Freesat UK epg update, but after 7 days I start getting loads of holes in the guide, until I manually update the guide again.

I use kodi as my frontend, so only the nextpvr service is running, is this enough to get my epg to update?

Kodi is importing ok, because the holes are actually in the next pvr guide.

It should do
Check what time update is happening make sure no recordings are happening around that time

Did you tick on "Auto Update EPG" and specify a time at Settings --> Misc2 ? The time can be in the midst of the night and the NextPVR Recording Service will wake the 'puter to do the update.
