I have several failed (no data returned) recordings from my CTON infinTV6 tuner. Logs attached.

Looking over my logs I see that the shows are all being recorded on a specific tuner #24.

Shows are
Supergirl, Lucifer, Flash, No Tomorrow, Modern Family, Code Black, and Blindspot.

So knowing that they all seem to be the same tuner, and you could confirm if you see something else in the logs, my main problem now is that in NPVR settings Devices all the devices show as 0 with no description. So to move this possible 'bad' tuner down in the list means that
1 - I am guessing that it is the first tuner based on the order and
2- If I rearrange for any other reason later or just forget, I will lose track of the bad tuner and have issues again.

Is there any way to add descriptions to the device information in NPVR settings so I can keep track of the tuners (numbered the same as NPVR internal would be great so I can match a log to device)!?

Also, as a side note, and I have said this before, it would be really great if NPVR could always use the same tuner when recording back to back shows on the same channel. That reduces the need for additional tuners. Basically I only need 4 and occasionally 5 tuners so the 6th should be extra, but the way the schedule defines what tuner to use makes me really need more...

Thank you again for all your had work

You could go into Settings|Devices right click on the bad tuner select SetUp Device and untick Enabled. Of select the bad tuner and then use the Piority Up/Down button to put the tuner at the bottom of the list.

Of course you first have to identify the bad tuner.
