I don't know if I am getting the syntax wrong per your example. If I type:
copy Frequency.ts:Timing.Info Timing.Info
I receive a message "The system cannot find the file specified."
A normal copy, such as
copy Frequency.ts Frequency2.ts
works fine. So, I guess I do not understand how to split off the file branch you're referring to. System is Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit.
I can see that the Attributes associated with the file (Length, Frame width, Data Rate, Frame rate, etc.) do indicate the shortened recording length (24:17). Also, the Date created and Date modified are what would be correct for an hour (1:00:00) length (actually plus a 1-minute Pre-Padding & 2 minute Post-Padding).
