Add simultaneous stream limitation to IPTV?

Is it possible to add a simultaneous streams limitation to IPTV?

My IPTV provider only allows two streams simulatneously. When a third stream is accessed, the provider just randomly kills one stream. Unfortunately, this would sometimes kill a stream that is recording...

I know it's been a while since that was asked.

But I have the same question and can't seem to find the answer anywhere.

In the meantime anyway to fool NPVR into thinking it's a physical card like XTEVE does with Plex and Emby.
