NextPVR 4.0.4 crashing consistently on live TV playback

Just installed 4.0.4 and now TV playback now crashes (freezes) every time after about 3-4 minutes. Visual Studio just-in-time debugger reports:
Unhandled exception at 0x75F79A47 (msvcrt.dll) in NextPVR.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation writing location 0x1CEDD500.
Windows 10 pro, dual monitors.

If you create a c:\temp directory, and reproduce the problem, do you get a c:\temp\crash.mdmp file? Please supply that file.

renamed to .gz to satisfy uploader...

It looks like it's dying in some graphics call.

Maybe try temporarily switching to the EVR renderer to see if it helps. Or maybe see if using a single monitor makes any difference.

I was using the EVR renderer, so tried another (VMR9 FSE I think), and the problem disappeared. However, it seemed more glitchy and I switched back to EVR, and the problem stayed gone! Curious, but unless you want to look further, I'm satisfied the problem is gone, at least for now...
