Video pixelating on both live tv and playback of recorded astc tv 4.0.4 (171121)

Thanks sub, I'll keep a lookout and save a file to upload for you. It isn't happening nearly as bad as when we were experimenting with new NPVRTSReader4.ax files a few months ago. Just a flash here and there.

Hi Sub, I finally remembered to NOT mindlessly delete at the end of a recording. I've uploaded about 15 minute of a recording that has a slight bit of corruption in the lower section of the screen. It seems to be most pronounced when the weatherman is on screen, probably in a green screen setup. As he walks across the screen you can see the artifacts show up in the lower 20% or so of the screen. I've uploaded it to Dropbox: https://www.dropbox.com/s/4i3nmdkanf1qrb...30.ts?dl=0

Is there anything in the file that might point to what's going on? It seems to mostly happen on recordings from NBC and CBS.
