Logos Appear in NextPVR Client in Windows but not in Kodi Client

Problem is as described in the Title. I had it working before and reninstalled the NextPvr to add all the VOD channels and know I cannot get any Logos for the channels in Kodi. I have deleted kodi 17.6 twice and reinstalled and still won't work. any useful ideas? ( My log contains sensitive Login Info so I will need to edit it if its required to be uploaded.)

Are you running the latest version of NextPVR? There was a bug in 4.1.0 that broke Kodi logos. If you are you will need to upload your redacted logs.

Normally you shouldn't need to do anything with NextPVR logs since sub obfusgates the login info. I see in those logs a lot of requests for channels that don't exist. You should have Kodi remake the PVR database.

Seems NextPvR treats those as a regular channel also.) Is there a way to fix that?) I only have a 1-liner Log-in to my IPTV Account that ends in .m3u. If you install to a phone you can get the apk using APP Backup and Restore. If you are expecting NextPVR to download all the VOD (assuming they are legal based on your comments) icons that would likely be a request for sub.
Based on my observation on the Android client with 200 or so channels, IPTV with lots of channels and especially VOD will be a nightmare even on a Shield. I expect you would only want a much smaller group for liveTV. Not sure how NextPVR groups work with VOD channels. Martin

I'm gonna edit the database and remove all those VOD channels. When I added those is when all my problems started to occur. I'll add back here my results after I test this. Thanks!
EDIT: That was it! Just too much junk in the trunk! Anyone reading this and is semi-advanced with databases, this is the program I use to edit the database instead of trying to do it with NPVR Device Settings. Might Help someone else! |
