Buzzing audio when closing out a video

Hello all,
I have a weird one for everyone to think about. I have an issue where the audio will buzz when I close out of a video. It can be either an IPTV video or ATSC video. It does n ot make a difference. I am using the default audio choice in settings.
Has anyone else encountered this?

that sounds like sound card driver issues, try updating sound card driver.
Also, does this happen when playing thru other programs?
