IR Blasting from Kodi running NextPVR addon

Update:

I changed all the channels to separate unique numbers. Tested MrMC NextPVR addon, and successfully managed to IR Blast, so thanks for the assistance.

Am a bit confused on one thing tho. In the NextPVR settings preferences for channels.
So, I have a unique channel number, and a Name for the channel, and the Source Channel = the actual channel that gets IR Blasted.
What is the middle box under 'General' for?. eg. I have an entry '2' '0' 'Sky TV 1' with a Source Channel: 1.
All of my channels now have the first and last boxes populated with unique number and channel name, but the middle box is '0' for all channels. Is this OK?

You're probably talking about the minor channel number. This is not used in most of the world, but used in North America for their over-the-air ATSC transmission, where you might have (for example) a few different CBS channels with numbers like 2.1, 2.2, 2.3
