New Intel Graphics driver - NextPVR known issue

Not sure what the issue is that Intel highlights in their release notes here but I saw this because I was having sound stuttering issues though that may or may not be related. Just a heads up for anyone having trouble this week.

That's funny we got a mention!

A while back a user was crusading an issue they were getting when using the EVR video renderer with newer intel graphics chipsets, where OSD graphics would flicker. It wasn't NextPVR specific, but rather any application that used the EVR feature for overlaying graphics (Microsoft IMFVideoMixerBitmap interface), and we supplied a small sample application with source code that demonstrated the issue. It'll be related to this.
