is it possible to record to usb connected to the router?

You can recording to a share but linux doesn't allow that format for accessing a share, that is Windows format. It might be confusing because Kodi fakes it and it also fakes //192.168.1.1/share and smb:// notations.

On your host if you set up the mount in fstab and make it available through Docker startup then NextPVR can use it.

That link is more about mounting new drives you want to mount an fstab to a share

Assuming you are using LE as your host https://libreelec.wiki/how_to/mount_network_share should help maybe mount it to /storage/router

Then once you have a mount point update the docker start

--volume /storage/router:/router \

And in NextPVR it will be router

Hopefully your router is USB 3 you might not have great success with USB 2

I just wanted to check if it's possible

personally i would prefer everything to go to the onedrive but it probably isn't possible
