After update to 5.0.6 settings pages are blank in web interface

Just updated to 5.0.6 via the https://nextpvr.com/NPVRSetup.exe link
and now when I go to the web app settings screen every tab is blank (see screenshot)
   

If I hover over any of the links to the right the web address is http://localhost:8866/settings.html#

I have noticed the same thing the past couple days. Thought it was my system or something I did, so I removed Version 5 and reinstalled. Same thing happened. Sometimes the page does display correctly.

Try F5 ... and ... Ctrl+F5.
