One of the sites I use had a cert. expire yesterday and NextPVR will not open the stream.  The log reference is not clear (and the inner exception is not logged)

020-09-08 14:58:36.042[ERROR][134]Unable to StartStream(): One or more errors occurred. (The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception.)

but if I open the m3u8 with a browser or curl I can see it.

Is there currently a way to bypass this?

Can you supply a bit more of a stack trace?

It was easier to ignore this in the past with .NET Framework. With .NET Core, you can only avoid some types of these. I'll need to see where exactly you were hitting it.
