Fast forward then deleted

Tonight while watching FBI, my wife rewound then fast forwarded to watch a part comskip skipped the software fast forwarded to the end then deleted the recording. it was super weird.

Any ideas would be apreciated.

Your NextPVR logs weren't flushed so you might need to send them again.
