4 Multiple recordings fails

I have a HDHomeRun Expand (4 tuners). I run NextPVR in docker on Windows 10.
I go to guide and want to record 4 shows currently airing. First three work but when I want to record the 4th (Lingo) it does not record, also Lingo in the the guide is not turned red. The strange thing is that when I retry it shows me a different popup suggesting it is recording?!?. When I check my tuner status only 3/4 tuners are recording.

Several minutes later the first recording "Stella..." was finished so only 2 recordings were still in progress. Lingo was still showing the same popup as if it was recording (which was NOT) and it was not red in guide.
I tried to record a new (third) show which was currently airing. It did turn red in Guide and was recording.
Then I tried a new 4th recording... same problem as above.

Sorry I can't get it reproduced. I tried 3 times to do 4 multiple recordings. All worked. I have attached logs. The first two failed tests from above (from few hours earlier) are also in the log I guess.

You have a couple of sqlite errors (genre you know this one I'm not sure)
2020-12-07 08:30:28.388 [ERROR][63] Unexpected error in LoadListingByAdvancedRules: Microsoft.Data.Sqlite.SqliteException (0x80004005): SQLite Error 1: 'no such column: channel'.

I do see a lot of recording transcode errors. I suggest you test recording in NextPVR.exe or Kodi unless you really want to watch them in the browser and if so then use the post recording transcode option. As a result, you'd need to be more specific on the specific failure.
