For me it will be very useful to have a possibility to "restart", "stop" and "start" the nextpvr server from web based page.
Other feature that I want to see in some new versions is the possibility to stop any live tv stream (not all of them at once, but one by one).

This should be posted in the Wishlist sub-forum.

You might need to explain why you need to close live tv streams remotely, for a person use license it doesn't seem like a use case.
