I just ran another test with Docker set to host network instead of bridge network. Found the same issues with interrupted transport streams.

At this point the only other thing I can think of is to run Plex in a Docker container to see if udp traffic is messed up through Docker - if I have more time later I’ll try this.

I'm not sure sure. I don't use the notifications myself. It's not going into your spam folder?

No, that was the first place I looked. I also tried to re-enter my email address - the email verification email got through just fine.

BTW: I’ve got instant email notifications enabled but I don’t get any emails when anyone replies. Am I missing a setting?

Now that tsanga mentions it, I've haven't received those notification emails for a while either. It looks like the last time I got one was on June 9th.

Eh, it turns out no one has figured out how to make Plex talk to a legacy HDHomeRun from inside a Docker container with bridge networking. Not sure why it’s more troublesome with Plex than NextPVR inside Docker.

I did an experiment with Docker Plex using host networking instead. In this case, there were no issues whatsoever. So I think I can rule out Docker being a problem.

It seems that NextPVR+Docker+udp streaming is an issue.
