While I haven't completely tested yet, that also appears to have solved the problem for me too! I installed the most recent LAV codecs (0.76.1) with the "Reset Settings" box checked, and then tried some recordings. While there's a short delay before sync when starting playback, skipping ahead in the video no longer has an audio sync issue. THANKS for your post!
