IPTV freez

Hello,
  While using the ROKU NPVR Plugin, I'm seeing my IPTV links freezing after playing for a few minutes.  With the words "stream started" in the upper left corner of the screen.  But it only happens on the ROKU NVPR Plugin.  
The same IPTV links don't freeze on the Win 10 NVPR player.

Any hints on how to fix this?

The Roku client's player is not able to handle poor quality streams as well as other client, but the first step in all trouble shooting is to upload the zipped logs NextPVR creates.
