Can't get Hauppage 2650 and Schedules Direct to scan channels

I'm running a clean install of Windows 10, and finally got NextPVR to recognize my Hauppage 2650 by running the WinTV installer which upgraded the 2650 firmware.  I have a valid Schedules Direct account, which I've set up in NextPVR, but when I go to Scan channels for either of the two tuners, none will appear.

I also installed HDHomeRun which, according to forum posts, seems to help the 2650 work properly.  The tuners are listed as HDHomeRun 20111BEB-0 and BEB-1.  

Any things I should check or ideas?

If you open http://192.168.42.201/lineup.json in your browser, do you see the list of channels available on your device?

Nope, only [].

It sounds like your device doesn't know the list of channels available. Try going to http://192.168.42.201 and scanning.
