Followed your steps, trashing channels from adaptor0 then adaptor1 copied to second tuner adaptor0. Channels visible and identical but no/var/opt/nextpvr/adapter0-DVB-T-channels.conf file evident

I wonder if NextPVR copies only from 0 to 1, sub would need to jump in here

For now try this

sudo cp /opt/nextpvr/adapter1-DVB-T-channels.conf /opt/nextpvr/adapter0-DVB-T-channels.conf

and see if you can record two shows from different muxes at the same time.
