Why i couldn't change epgscanseconds in the web gui?

i wanna use this for my web sites:
https://indiansexcam.org/
https://fatfuckcams.com/
https://thelivegayporn.com/

Because it’s not relevant to the web app. ie resize your browser window to see more time. (I have no plans to dynamically resize the content to browser size)

That setting is only relevant to UI clients.
