To get this back on topic, if you want to view the output from the HDPVR in the browser with no transcoding your best bet would be to configure it for AAC audio and do fixed 720p capture.  480i, 1080i and AC3 will all require transcoding

It working
For now I have my old Sony Webcam hook to it for now still need get a HDMI to Component Video Converter Adapter and yes I know I need to do fix rez 720p and stereo output
By the way did by chance get OSB Linux to work with it ?.

I assume you mean OBS but I never tried it. Since it is a v4l device it should "just work"

Ahh yes OBS I know you think it would but doesn't I can add HD-PVR V4L2 device to it I need to look in to this some more before let Hauppauge know that doesn't work as there putting together list app that are still work and support across both Windows and Linux as 3rd support.
