Good morning.  I am doing a fresh install for Kodi on a Win10 machine with a Hauppage 4-tuner OTA card.  Things are going pretty well but when logging into the NextPVR web portal to investigate EPG info missing on some channels, it looks like settings > channels no longer shows 'Schedules Direct' and nothing happens when I go to settings > guide and enter my ZIP code to add SD back.

When I go to settings > channels it also only shows ''DVB/ATSG' and 'Freesat (UK)', nothing happens when I click 'Add Schedules Direct'.

Oddly, the EPG update I manually pushed last night still shows in the EPG (both NP client and Kodi).

Any help is appreciated.

You don't explicitly say it, but after adding your Schedules Direct lineup, did you switch your channels over to using that Schedules Direct lineup? ie, either by going into Settings->Channels->Advanced Tools->Automap, or by clicking on the cog next to each channel and selecting the lineup/channel?

Adding a lineup isn't enough to switch your channel over to using that lineup.

Yes, I previously added SD for my zip and selected the Antenna option - that stuck - then used the automap option to populate the EPG in the first place.

But having said that, I just checked again - presto change-o, everything is back to how I originally set it up. I didn't change a thing between my original post and this message. I'll just chalk this up to 'gremlins' until / unless it happens again.

Thanks for your responses.

Hmm, odd. I don't think we've seen a report of that happening before.

Welp - the odd behavior is back. Only 'DVB/ATSC EPG' shows under EPG Sources on the Guide tab, and when I try to add SD for my zip and click 'search' nothing happens. When I go to the Channels tab and click the tool on a channel for which I previously downloaded the EPG from SD, it says 'None' in 'Source'.

And yet when I leave Settings and go to Channels or TV Guide, there everything is.

Also, when I click the server web app, it opens twice in two tabs.

Bizarre.

I will stick with my recommendation to post the logs. There are known network issues with SD you might be seeing

I had to reboot and the reported symptoms went away again, so I'll start a clean log and send if it repeats.
