Thumbnails and Timings

I guess That the settings for the new option in Version: 6.1.4.230625  for Thumbnails and Timings are in the config file,
<Recording>
    <ExtractThumbnails>parallel</ExtractThumbnails>
    <GenerateTiming>true</GenerateTiming>

What are the options for these settings?
Basically I just want to turn them off so I suppose replace the true with false is probably the answer but I guess a few users would like to know all the alternative options.

On the Setting->General page, the 'Generate Thumbnails' setting lets you control/disable this.

How about the timings?
I only record with NPVR and then edit with VideoRedo then use Emby Server for all media playback.

Turning off thumbnails via the web interface turns timing generation off too.
